Which DevOps or Cloud profile do you need?
DevOps / SRE and Cloud are two separate roles for the ranking, but neighbours: experience in one counts in part for a job ad in the other. Be clear about what the role really expects: building the platform, running it, or moving to the cloud.

Freelance
For a cloud migration, setting up a Kubernetes platform or a CI/CD chain: a clear deliverable and a known duration. Budget as a day rate excl. VAT: per the indicative grid, about MAD 2,400 per day between 4 and 7 years of experience, 3,500 between 7 and 10 years.
Permanent (CDI)
For day-to-day operations, on-call and continuous improvement of the platform: knowledge of your system builds up over time. Salary is compared as net monthly pay; state the notice period you accept, it is part of the availability criterion.
In your job ad, you state the contract or contracts on offer. Each candidate has said whether they want a permanent job, a freelance assignment or both: a profile that does not match is set aside from the ranking, but can still be viewed.

Before you post your job ad
Our stack runs on Azure and a candidate mostly worked on AWS. Are they ranked?
That depends on your criteria. When you confirm the job ad, you state the equivalents you accept, for example Azure ↔ AWS. An exact match always counts more, and the score breakdown explains it.
Is an expired AWS or Kubernetes certification taken into account?
No. Certifications are read with their dates, and an expired certification is not counted in the score.
How do I know a candidate really ran Kubernetes in production?
The skill is “proven” when a dated experience in the CV shows it: one click shows the line from the assignment concerned, with its dates and, for an IT services assignment, the end client. A skill that is only listed stays “declared”.
Is Maroc Emploi IT a recruitment agency?

Who can see candidates' profiles?
Only companies approved by our team. Until it is unlocked, a profile shows neither name nor contact details, and a candidate's current employer, hidden by default, cannot see their profile.
