Freelance
For an audit, a penetration test, preparing an ISO 27001 certification or short-term reinforcement: an assignment with a defined scope. Budget as a day rate excl. VAT, per the general indicative grid.
Permanent (CDI)
For a SOC, access management or running security day to day: roles that need continuity and a good knowledge of your information system. Salary compared as net monthly pay, notice included in availability.
In your job ad, you state the contract or contracts on offer. Each candidate has said whether they want a permanent job, a freelance assignment or both: a profile that does not match is set aside from the ranking, but can still be viewed.

Before you post your job ad
My job ad asks for SOC experience and a candidate lists Splunk and CrowdStrike. Do they count?
Yes: a requirement such as a SOC is proven by the specific tools in the CV, for example a SIEM (Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel…) or an EDR (CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne…).
How are CEH, OSCP or CISSP certifications taken into account?
They are read from the CV with their dates: an expired certification is not counted. CEH and OSCP are neighbours: one counts in part when the job ad asks for the other. Checking with the certifying body remains up to you.
Can a candidate from networks or systems be a fit?
They are ranked, in part: networks and systems, Microsoft infrastructure, DevOps and cloud are roles close to cybersecurity. Security experience counts more, and the score breakdown shows it.
Is Maroc Emploi IT a recruitment agency?
