Frequent questions
Before you drop your CV
Is fully remote work possible?
Yes, if the company offers it: you choose "remote" in your terms, and your profile shows it to companies. Those that require on-site presence see it before contacting you. You can also answer "hybrid" or "no preference".
Freelance or permanent: do I have to choose?
No. You can answer "freelance", "permanent" or "both". As a freelancer you give a day rate excluding VAT, in dirhams or euros; for a permanent job, a net monthly salary in dirhams.
Are umbrella companies (portage salarial) accepted?
Yes: as a freelancer you state your status, self-employed, own company or umbrella company. It is shown on your profile.
Can I work for a French company from Morocco?
You say whether you're open to a French company, on site or remotely. It's a preference shown on your profile; the contract framework is then agreed with the company.
Will my current employer know I'm looking?
No. Your current employer is read from your CV and hidden by default: it does not see your profile. Your name and contact details are only visible to a verified company that decides to contact you, and that access is logged.
Is it free?
Yes, free for candidates, always, and with no account: a link sent by email lets you get back to your profile, with no password.
Your CV, and you're off.
