Why
The CV already says it all.
A developer looking for a job shouldn't have to copy their career into twenty fields. Their CV already tells the story of their assignments, their technologies, their years of experience.
So we built a portal where candidates just drop their CV, and companies just paste their job ad. In between, every match is explained.
Our emblem: “Bab”, a Marrakesh gate whose keyhole is a zellige star wired to a circuit.

Free for candidates, always
Uploading a CV, being contacted, managing a profile: nothing costs candidates anything, and it never will.

Transparent
The score is broken down criterion by criterion. Every point gained or lost is explained to the recruiter.

Fair
Name, photo, age, gender, school: none of it goes into the score. A human decides, always.

Net, the Moroccan way
Expectations and budgets are compared as net monthly pay or day rate. Net figures only, always.
