What we take from your CV
Your career counts. Not your private life.

For each job, your profile gets a score out of 100, built from six criteria. Every point gained or lost is explained to the recruiter.

Is it really free?
Yes. Maroc Emploi IT is free for candidates, and will stay that way: it's a commitment, not a launch offer.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You drop your CV and answer the questions, that's it. We then email you a link so you can get back to your profile whenever you want, no password needed.
Can my current employer see me?
Not if you don't want them to. We read your current employer from your CV and offer to hide you from them — it's on by default. You can add other companies to hide from too.
What happens to my CV?
It's analyzed once to fill in your profile: experience, skills, education, languages. No decision is automatic: a human recruiter chooses who to contact.
Who sees my contact details?
Nobody, at first. Approved companies see your profile without your name or contact details. They only get access when they decide to contact you, and that access is logged.
How long do you keep my data?
24 months after your last activity, then everything is deleted. You can also delete everything yourself, right away, from “My profile”.
Which CV formats are accepted?
PDF, Word (.docx) and photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP), up to 10 MB and 6 pages. iPhone photos in HEIC need to be exported as JPEG or PDF.
